    iClass 4-nights stay or 2 visits within last 12 months
    pClass Accumulated 20-nights member stay or earned of 20,000 points

    The iClass membership will be extended to the pClass members when the cumulative production meets the qualifying room nights at Panda Hotel.

    • Q1. How long is my iPanda membership valid for?
      Ans: There is no expiry of the membership but the membership will be revoked automatically if member's account is dormant for 12 consecutive months. The accumulated points and membership benefits will also be forfeited.
    • Q2. What is the difference between iClass and pClass members?
      Ans: The invited guests automatically become iClass members after joining the member; Members would automatically upgrade topClass members when reaching the accumulated stay of 20-nights or earn 20,000 points. pClass members can enjoy extra privileges.
    • Q3. I cannot find my iPanda Membership Card. Can I get a new one?
      Ans: Please contact Hotel directly when you check-in. A new one will be re-issued to you without any charge.
    • Q4. If two members stay in one room, will both of them earn points?
      Ans: Only one member bearing the room rate will earn points.
    • Q5. How will the earned points be calculated?
      Ans: When the entire booking is checked-out.
    • Q6. How do I check my points?
      Ans: Please login your registered e-mail address with default password at login at the right-top green box or send e-mail to ipanda@pandahotel.com.hk
    • Q7. Will I receive a new membership card when upgraded to next level?
      Ans: A new membership card will be issued and pass to you in person.
    • Q8. If I called Hotel or send e-mail to make booking, can I earn points?
      Ans: No. I would earn points when booking is made through iPanda website: www.ipanda.com.hk
    • Q9. If my member’s status changes between the time the booking is made and check-out, how will be the earned points calculated?
      Ans: The rules for granting iPanda points are those that are in effect at the time of check-out.
    • Q.10. Can I update my personal data online?
      Ans: Yes, please login at the right-top green box with your member account to update your personal data.
    • Q.11. How can I log in to my account?
      Ans: Please provide your e-mail address and default password for easy access to your account. The default password is your member ID. To begin and login at the right-top green box.
    • Q.12 What is a Qualifying Rate?
      Ans: The rate available at iPanda member website exclusively.
 

General Terms and Conditions

    • The membership card and earned points are non-transferable and each guest is entitled to 1 membership only
    • Members must present the valid membership card to earn points and redeem rewards
    • The membership card has no cash value and is not valid for credit purpose
    • The membership card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers
    • Membership will be revoked automatically if member's account is dormant for 12 consecutive months, the accumulated points and membership benefits will also be forfeited
    • Member are entitled to earn points from booking one room at one time (adopted by the highest rate)
    • 10% service charge and prevailing government tax are excluded fro points earning
    • The earned points will be updated to member's account on the following working day after members check out
    • If any problems on accumulated points, members must report to Panda Hotel directly within one month from the check-out date
    • Accumulated points are required to be audited and verified by Panda Hotel, Panda Hotel has full discretion on the determination of points
    • Accumulated points are not refundable for cash and redeemed rewards are non-returnable
      Points used will be automatically deducted from the member's account
    • The redemption of rewards is subject to stock availability. Panda Hotel reserves the right to offer a replacement of equivalent value reward
    • Panda Hotel has no legal liabilities for rewards that issued by third parties
    • Members are responsible for the loss, damaged or expired of their membership card, gift coupons and vouchers. No replacement of list, damaged or expired gift coupons and vouchers will be issued. Any loss of membership card should be reported to Panda Hotel Immediately for reissue
    • Panda Hotel reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
    • In case of any disputes, the decision of Panda Hotel shall be final

    • iPanda members must present a valid membership card upon redemption
    • The redemption is subject to member's updated available points. Points earned from the present visit cannot be used immediately
    • Accumulated points are not refundable for cash and redeemed rewards are non-transferable
      Points used will be automatically deducted from the member's account
    • Redemption of free room upgrade can be applied only on next room booking and it is subject to room availability. Advance reservation is required
    • All of the rewards must be collected by iPanda members in person at Panda Hotel and redemption form received by mail will be invalid
    • The redemption cannot be cancelled or changed once it is processing
    • Members are responsible for the loss, damaged or expired of their gift coupons and vouchers
      No replacement of lost, damaged or expired gift coupons and vouchers will be issued
    • The redemption of rewards is subject to stock availability. Panda Hotel reserves the right to offer a replacement of equivalent value reward
    • Panda Hotel reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
    • In case of any disputes, the decision of Panda Hotel shall be final
